The scope grew from an initial lighting design commissioned in November 2017 into a full automation, network, security and cinema build two years later, with every building needing its own head end wired back to one system.
A Control4 backbone joins the entrance door station, in-wall touchscreens and handheld remotes, reaching from the ground-floor entrance porch to the family lounge upstairs.
Lutron HomeWorks QS keypads and DIN-rail dimming modules replace individual switches room by room, routed back to a dedicated panel off the ground-floor AV room.
The same Luxul network carries past the main house into the guest house, staff quarters and gatehouse, each building running its own switch and access point off a shared structured cabling plan.
The pool's landscape audio runs on eight Origin Acoustics speakers and two underground subwoofers, the cabling routed through buried UPVC conduit, a treatment not used anywhere else in the wiring schedule
