TQEGF Guest House needed a single finish carried across every keypad and outlet plate in its Main House. Hausba specified Lutron Pico and Palladiom keypads alongside matching socket, television and data outlet covers, all in one designer metal chosen from five finish options.
The scope covers Lutron Pico and Palladiom keypads across the Main House, working with the property's existing lighting circuits, together with matching finish plates on double and single unit receptacles, television points and data points. Everything is specified in one Group 1 finish, so a guest's hand meets the same metal at a light switch, a socket or a television point. This phase is limited to keypads and outlet finishes; audio, shading, security and network equipment fall outside its scope.
