An ongoing hospitality build in Benin City: a KNX and DALI lighting control backbone unifying facade and ground-floor scenes across two touch panels and fourteen gateway zones
Radisson Hotel Benin's facade and ground-floor public areas, from the entrance canopy through the ballroom pre-function space, are lit to a scheme drawn by an independent lighting consultant. Hausba's scope on this phase is the control backbone behind that design: a KNX system governing switching and dimming across the facade and ground floor.
A KNX backbone links every lighting circuit across the facade and ground floor to two points of control. Fourteen Zennio DALI-KNX gateways bridge the ballast-driven fixtures into that network, each able to group up to sixty-four ballasts into sixty-four addressable zones, so the lighting consultant's scene design runs on Hausba's backbone without a separate control layer for the DALI fixtures. Two Z100 ten-inch touch panels and six Tecla eight-button stations give staff physical points to call those zones, supported by Zennio's own IP and USB interfaces and a dedicated auxiliary power supply.
