Ojora Residence sits across several separate structures on one plot, a main house, a staff wing, a gym and pool pavilion, and a guard house at the gate. Hausba’s electronic systems needed to reach every one of them from a single equipment room, and the scope was revisited repeatedly as the build progressed, from an initial estimate in 2016 through a final change order in 2019.
A Luxul router, gigabit PoE switching and wireless access points sit in a first-floor equipment room, feeding structured CAT6A cabling out to the guard house, the gym and pool pavilion, and the staff wing, so cameras, phones, and the audio and video zones in every building run off the same network core.
Denon and Sonos amplification with a Triad audio matrix switch carries multi-room audio to the formal and family living and dining rooms, the guest wing, the master suite, the bar, and the pool lounge, while an HDMI matrix with HDBaseT extension delivers video to television points across the same rooms.
Bosch fire detection and DSC intrusion sensors cover the main house, staff quarters and perimeter buildings, monitored together with Bosch IP cameras and 2N biometric door access. A Control4 controller ties these into wall-mounted touchscreens in the kitchen, living room, family room and master bedroom, alongside the audio and video zones already running through it.
The Pyjama Lounge, a media room off the master suite, ended up with a soundbar and a pair of in-ceiling surround speakers rather than the projector and drop-down screen listed as options in the same proposals. The speaker schedule and the final change order both confirm the smaller setup as what was actually installed.
