A multi-level Ikeja headquarters: one templated video-conferencing kit repeated across a dozen meeting spaces, zoned paging, dedicated fire, intrusion, and access-control systems, and a two-rack network and AV backbone.
Mar & Mor Engineering Services was building a single Ikeja headquarters across three levels — client-facing offices and a boardroom at the entrance, a full staff floor below it, a gym and staff restaurant below that — and needed conferencing, paging, and security to feel identical whether a visitor was in the boardroom or a technician was two floors down in a phone booth.
A single wireless-presentation and video-conferencing kit, sized small or large per room, repeats through nearly a dozen spaces: the ground-floor boardroom and training room, a private office, and a basement huddle corner, so every meeting space in the building runs on the same one-tap sharing logic regardless of floor or rank. A six-zone paging system reaches reception, corridors, and the staff floor independently of that AV layer, while fire and intrusion alarm and access control run on their own dedicated panel and door hardware — layered under the network, not merged into it.
Data and AV equipment run on two independent racks rather than one shared cabinet — a dedicated data rack carrying the network switch and fiber uplinks, and a separate AV rack carrying the conferencing and paging equipment, each on its own power conditioning. A fault in one system's rack never reaches the other's.
