A full-floor duplex residence spanning the 13th and 14th floors of the Cuddle tower, each level with its own mezzanine, currently being fitted with a wired Lutron HomeWorks QS lighting and control backbone, climate integration and a Ruijie network headend.
Two full floors of Cuddle, each with its own mezzanine, add up to more than sixty distinct rooms, from staff quarters and a wellness suite to six ensuite bedrooms. Hausba is wiring a single HomeWorks QS backbone so every keypad, sensor and thermostat across both levels reports to the same processor.
Lighting across both floors runs on a wired Lutron HomeWorks QS backbone, with two HQP7-2 processors carrying the full load. Palladiom keypads mark the primary rooms while custom-engraved Pico keypads cover ensuites, walk-in closets and the wellness spaces, backed by more than fifty occupancy sensors that keep unoccupied rooms dark on their own. Climate control rides the same wiring, with Palladiom thermostats in every major room and a CoolmasterNet gateway bridging the AC plant into the system. A Ruijie network headend, including Wi-Fi 7 ceiling access points, gives both levels their own wireless coverage.
Eight HomeWorks QS wireless repeaters, housed in that same box room, carry the wired lighting signal up into both mezzanine levels. Reaching the mezzanine bedrooms and the wellness suite this way avoids running new wiring risers, letting one wired installation cover four levels instead of two.
